Sinjapp Business Terms of Use

Official public information for Sinjapp Business terms, privacy, and platform operation.

Last updated: April 29, 2026

These terms are an operational draft for the use of Sinjapp Business and are not a substitute for qualified legal review. By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Service overview

Sinjapp Business helps organizations and teams manage customer messaging channels, sender numbers, subscriptions, invoices, access keys, and usage records from one workspace.

2. Accounts and responsibility

  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or workspace.
  • You are responsible for protecting login details, passwords, API keys, and permissions granted to team members.
  • You should notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or access keys.

3. Eligibility

The platform must be used for a lawful business or professional purpose. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

4. Sender numbers and messages

  • Some sender numbers or messaging channels may require review or activation before use.
  • You must not use the platform to send fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited messages.
  • You are responsible for message content, recipient lists, and compliance with applicable laws and channel policies.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans, limits, and prices are governed by what is shown in the platform or in a separate agreement.
  • Services may be suspended or limited if a subscription expires, payment fails, or usage limits are exceeded.
  • Fees and amounts due are subject to the selected plan and approved payment method.

6. Prohibited use

  • Attempting to compromise, disrupt, or misuse the platform or its APIs.
  • Sending content that infringes rights, impersonates others, threatens users, commits fraud, or contains malware.
  • Collecting data or sending messages in a way that violates law or recipient consent requirements.

7. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end access when there is a material breach, security risk, legal request, or use that harms the service or other users. Where appropriate, we will try to explain the action and reason.

8. Liability limits

The platform is provided as is and as commercially available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from platform use unless a written agreement says otherwise.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to improve clarity or reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated version. For questions, contact the Sinjapp Business team through the official support channels.
